Evaluate your school’s staff lounge. Are there any improvements that could be made? For example, is the microwave old and on its last legs? If you don’t know where to begin because there are so many things, survey the employees to see what is a priority. Hold a fundraiser to pay for the desired improvements. After you’ve accomplished your goals, take group photos of the people who use the lounge. Place the photos in “100 Years From Now” Wooden Frames and Appreciation Message Frames. Add a final touch to the lounge by hanging the framed photos in there.
