Make your teachers feel like royalty! Invite non-teaching staff members to vote for a faculty king and queen. Also let them choose princes and princesses in various lighthearted categories, such as prince of recess and princess of cafeteria duty. Once you know who won, rent correct-sized medieval outfits from a costume shop. Invite all of your teachers to a buffet meal fit for a king. Have your “royal court” arrive in the costumes; make sure to take plenty of photos. Provide the monarchs with thrones to sit on.
